Abstract

We continue our discussion of the covariant canonical formalism for the group manifold and apply our method to N=1 supergravity in four dimensions. Using a compound notation extended to spinor components and a new “superform bracket” we see that the first-class hamiltonian and primary constraints are identical in structure to those of pure gravity.
