The bellflower seeds were drawn from the flower caps of 24 populations of Campanula spp. Sowing was carried out in Petri dishes, in a MS medium with or without hormones. Seedlings were then transferred in different media in order to improve shoot growth and multiplication. Results showed genotipical differences even if good propagation percentages were obtained in all species.
