The 106/09 corrective decree concludes one legislative course lasted almost five years and fruit of a wide debate in Italy among the experts of this field. Competents Doctors have to receive well the many innovations of the law, as result also of the requests formulated from SIMLII, even if many aspects related to role and attributions of competent doctors themselves need more attention and clearness. At the moment a further process of legislative revision on Health and Safety in working places is improbable , and so people involved and working in a field of Health and Safety at work have to face and compare with the present normative contest.
