The reaction of CO oxidation, xylene total oxidation, acetylene hydrogenation were studied under stationary and non-stationary conditions in detail. Step scheme for all the reactions studied were proposed. It was shown that studies under unsteady-state conditions allow to reveal essential peculiarities of catalytic reactions and new data can be obtained on their mechanism.
