The aim of this study was the biochemical analysis of glycosaminoglycans in some dog tumours involving the brain and the meninges, as well as in normal nervous system tissues as control. The authors demonstrated qualitative and quantitative differences about GAGs composition between pathologic and normal tissues, even if it is necessary to increase the number of cases to confirm these preliminary data.

Abstract
The aim of this study was the biochemical analysis of glycosaminoglycans in some dog tumours involving the brain and the meninges, as well as in normal nervous system tissues as control. The authors demonstrated qualitative and quantitative differences about GAGs composition between pathologic and normal tissues, even if it is necessary to increase the number of cases to confirm these preliminary data.File in questo prodotto:
