With the Java Enterprise Simulator (jES), it is possible to reproduce, in a detailed way, the behavior of a firm or organization using a computer. This method relies on agent-based simulation techniques, i.e., the reconstruction of a phenomenon via the action and interaction of minded or no-minded agents within a specific environment. In our case, we have defined no-minded agents as agents who execute orders, whereas we have defined minded agents as those making decisions within the model. Simulating a single enterprise or a system of enterprises (e.g., within a district or within a virtual enterprise system), we can directly apply the what if analysis. In other words, we can introduce changes into the simulation while fully preserving the complexity of our context.

Abstract
In other words, we can introduce changes into the simulation while fully preserving the complexity of our context.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
