The work presents a project for the investigation of the argumentative techniques adopted in the judgements of the Italian Constitutional Court. It provides a taxonomy of the argumentation techniques, introduces the representation of the judgements, and outlines the system to annotate the judgements with arguments and to query the annotated corpus.
