In this chapter, a theoretical model and a method of intervention, which enable to orientate in the extremely unique field of the applications of sexology to handicap psychology and education, will be briefly explained. Any sexual and affective behaviour can be subject to the interference of disabilities thus resulting, at least partially, non adaptive. The main deficits affect cognitive, meta-cognitive, affective, interpersonal and, occasionally, motory skills.
