Legge e incarnazione (riflessioni sul messianesimo come stato d'eccezione)

Il saggio offre una interpretazione originale dei rapporti tra Legge ed eccezione, nomos e anomia. A venire propriamente in questione è la dimensione ontologica di rappresentazione della Legge, qui non solo discussa in prospettiva teorica, ma assunta anche quale possibile demarcatore sistemologico o dispositivo di differenziazione tra tradizioni giuridiche. ENGLISH: The essay represents a deep inquiry into the real nature of Law and of its carnal representation. Moving from a critical reappraisal of the ontological issues inscribed in the legal domain, the Author focuses his attention on the different bodies of Law, as they are vividly framed, constructed and interpreted by competing traditions. The main issue is to understand the specific declensions of the incarnation (or, in other terms, the embodiment) of Law in Hebraism and Christianity. The innovative analysis introduces the reader to an unprecedented understanding of nomos and anomia, law and exception.
