The project has been developed with a group of students of SUISM availing of the collaboration of qualified teachers in two different discipliknes: Rhythmic Gymnastics and Athletics. Study subject: the hurdle. The basic objectives of the project are the search for new forms of motor co-ordination and honing neuro-muscular sensitivity referring to the ability to dose muscular energy in relation to adequate and effective motion gestures.
