Music is an important protagonist in RG. All exercises must be performed accompanied by music. As music is the "organization of sounds by humans", it bears an extended meaning and sets conditions on listening in order to facilitate the comprehension of all of its rhythmic, melodic and harmonic components. Listening conditions are dependent on the overall status of the hearing system. Sounds should be perceived correctly so that their physical characteristics, i.e. frequency, intensity and tone can be distinguished properly.
