The following work will analyse the impact of a radical innovation diffusion on network changes. We will assume two different network changes: network reinforcement and network change in relation to the transformation that may occur in the alliance activities and in the position of the actor in the network. Two moderator factors can affect the likelihood of each change: the managerial focus of the organization and the strategic activities. While the managerial focus will have an impact on the innovation perception, the strategic activities working as an exogenous variable will accelerate or moderate the creation of new links and the increase in actor power. We will test our model thanks to an agent based simulation of the 3D printing diffusion in the manufacturing network. The simulation shows how specific business network can change, identifying the main factors that might have an impact on it.

Abstract
The simulation shows how specific business network can change, identifying the main factors that might have an impact on it.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
