Abstract
A commercial sample of Krill oil was carefully analized from a qualitative point of view. The purpose of this preliminary study is to pave the road to future quantitative studies with the aim to completely characterize the different sources of Krill oil and state some criteria of quality. Tandem mass spectrometry in addition to high resolution detection was an indispensable interpretation tool for chemical identification of the glycerophospholipids because the possibility of contemporary presence of isobaric species. The general pattern of constituents was enriched in respect to the known one by several new components not previously identified.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
