This paper is focused on the study of artefacts in animal hard tissues (bone, antler and tooth) from the Bronze age site of Castellaro Lagusello (MN). They are represented by awls, points, needles, biseaux and by ornamental and other objects. Observations of their surface were carried out at the stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope. The goal of this study was to correlate surface modifications to technological actions employed in the production of artefacts. Modifications related to perforation, scraping, abrasion and polishing were identified. Some of theme were produced with lithic, others with metal instruments.
