This article presents an Italian questionnaire on adults coping with work situations. Preliminary qualitative research allowed identifying various problematic situations and strategies to face them. The gathered data made it possible to build a first version of the questionnaire which an Italian sample of 1548 people completed. The psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire were analyzed in terms of factorial structure and reliability. Explorative factor analysis (ACP) highlighted three factors (each one with a satisfactory reliability) which explain 34% of the variance (for 36 items).
