Pseudoaneurysms are a rare complication of carotid endarterectomy. We successfully excluded with two overlapping bare stents a distal carotid artery pseudoaneurysm very likely induced by a Pruitt-Inahara shunt two months after carotid endarterectomy.

Abstract
