Within the project "Database UAI", this first work focuses on the logical and conceptual design of the database. After examining main existing software, evaluated in relation to the needs of the project, we introduce a theoretical digression on models of database design. Is then, is presented and commented the Entity-Relationship preliminary schema. Below is the translation in the Relational Model. Will not be discussed in this article the implementation aspects, still under discussion.
