The work analyzes the most recent developments in the government of public health care in the Piedmont Region, focusing on interventions for the return from budgetary imbalances and the transposition of national health legislation. Furthermore, it offers an evaluation of the normative sources used, also with regard to the effects on the power balance between the Regional Executive Branch and the Regional Council.
