In a ten year old vineyard eight training systems based on a single spur pruned cordon with or without shoot positioning were compared for 'Cabernet Sauvignon', 'Chardonnay', and 'Barbera'. The annual phenological phases were observed from blending to grape ripening. Pruning wood, yield, cluster number, berry weight, pH, acidity, sugar, tartaric, malic and hydroxicinnamyltartaric acid of the must were determined. Grape skins were analyzed for plyphenols (anthocyans, flavonoids, vanillin, proanthocyanidines). Some differences were iobserved concerning growth, yield and fruit ripening. Planting density of more complex systems induced differences in yield per hectare in 'Barbera' and 'Chardonnay'.

Abstract
Planting density of more complex systems induced differences in yield per hectare in 'Barbera' and 'Chardonnay'.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
