Il report illustra la seconda fase di un percorso di ricerca triennale che, per la prima volta, ha mappato il fenomeno delle povertà estreme e delle risorse per affrontarle sugli oltre 300 comuni che afferiscono alla Città metropolitana di Torino (ex Provincia). La ricerca ha escluso il capoluogo - Torino -, ma ha messo in luce il fenomeno e le grandi potenzialità della gestione associata dei servizi sociali sui territori più periferici. The report illustrates the second phase of a three-year research path that, for the first time, has mapped the phenomenon of extreme poverty and the resources to address it in over 300 municipalities that belong to the Metropolitan City of Turin (formerly Province). The research excluded the capital - Turin -, but has highlighted the phenomenon and the great potential of the associated management of social services in the most peripheral territories.
