La collezione osteologica neolitica di Montjovet: rivisitazione e valorizzazione di una raccolta storica del Museo di Antropologia ed Etnografia dell'Università di Torino.

This study was part of a research program aimed at the scientific and historical re-evaluation of the biological collections of the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography, University of Turin. The research dealt with the historically and anthropologically important Neolithic osteological collection of Montjovet. Since this collection was heavily damaged by bombing during World War II, past studies have been partial and based on personal research programs. Thanks to a planned program of conservative interventions and restoration, specifically tailored to the characteristics of the material under examination, it was possible to perform an anthropological and paleopathological re-evaluation, which yielded interesting new information.
