The text of Cicero’s Lucullus is examined in Wrocław, Biblioteka Uniwersytecka, Rehdigeranus 67, a manuscript also containing the Timaeus and Partitiones oratoriae, and so far collated only for the latter. Taking advantage of parallel research on codicological data, the identification of the copyist has been confirmed as Battista da Cingoli (post 1430 - before 1483) at San Daniele del Friuli. The collation of Lucullus here presented allows us to add the manuscript to the first descendants of Wien, Österreichische Nationalbibliothek, 189 (V), even in the final section which is lost (§§ 104-148), but it also reveals three different layers of correction and contamination, for one of which the name of Guarino da Verona is suggested.
