The red-eared slider, Trachemys scripta elegans, is now widely spread in Italy. The present study is an analysis of the presence of Trachemys in Torino, where a large number of specimens is present in the urban park of Pellerina. The female adult percentage shows a trend to increase from one year to the other.

Abstract
The red-eared slider, Trachemys scripta elegans, is now widely spread in Italy.
