In our study - 11 cases of Beagle from age 2 to age 7 in anestrus from more than 10 months - tratment with GnRH agonist - Buserelin - gave poor results in contrast with data obtained in previous referred experience. The treatment with cabergoline - dopamine agonist - seems to be able to induce estrus even in abnormal prolonged anestrus conditions. We cant refere about fertility because estus bitches could not be mated.
