Real estate asset management has grown increasingly complex due to regulations, documentation, and technology, making traditional methods often inefficient. The lack of systemic information management, structured twin transition processes, and unified platforms for data management led to rising costs, with huge economic damages and unnecessary rework. To address this issue, optimizing data management through efficient digital tools and automation seems crucial. Abstract

This work proposes an all-in-one digital platform that organizes static and dynamic data for better access and understanding by the operators. By integrating cutting edge technologies, it enables advanced predictive analysis and a holistic asset view. Blockchain technology is employed for secure, transparent data storage and process automation using Smart Contracts, improving payment workflows and maintenance or restoring processes.
