Through the application of statistical methodologies, the research endeavours to elucidate the disparities in employment access and job status among natives, mixed, and second generation migrants . This dissertation aims to enhance our comprehension of the divergent labo u r market outcomes between Italians and second generation migrants, exploring their integration trajectories in the frame of the regional disparities within the country.
