Optimized Model of Managerial Strategy in the Education System and the Role of Public Investments in Stimulating Innovation

The main purpose of this paper is to present an optimized model of managerial strategy applicable in the educational system, as well as to the theoretical analysis of how public investments in education can support innovation processes. The study addresses, from a conceptual perspective, the relationship between managerial strategies in education and public allocations, highlighting their impact on innovative development. In the first part, an optimized strategic model is proposed, designed as a tool for orientation and adaptation to the requirements of contemporary education. It goes on to argue that public investment, when managed effectively, has a key role to play in creating an enabling environment for innovation. The paper is part of a broader theoretical approach, aiming to outline some directions of reflection and some strategic foundations relevant to the educational field.
