We describe a comprehensive MVA—based network of queues solution package capable of solving the complete class of BCMP—type models. We discuss (1) the novel features, (2) the overall organization, (3) the input and output, and (4) the different solution algorithms of the package. This package also forms the basis for the solution of non-product-form queueing network models.
