The safety in the quality evaluation models for the University

The quality accreditation of an academic structure - that represents an effective instrument to evaluate and improve quality in the educational process and constitutes a pre-requirement for the admittance to public financings, in particular deriving from the structural resources of the European Social Fund (ESF) - also includes the thematic of safety. The present paper, with reference to the specific safety exigencies in the Universities, effectuates a comparative analysis of the principal Italian accreditation and evaluation models for educational quality in order to evidence the operative criticalities and the correspondence with the legal safety normative. The principal analysed models, that take in consideration the capability of the organization to get the legal compliance and are characterised for a common ISO 9001:2000 inspired structure, have been the Guide of the CRUI Foundation, the Accreditation model of the Piedmont Region and the Ministerial (MIUR) Informative model for the accreditation of the Degree Courses.
