In the present work, after a deepened analysis on the fields of application of the certificates accredited by SINCERT for quality management systems in the Universities, the authors propose a possible integrated quality evaluation model for the processes of orientation and education in the Universities, with reference to the ISO 9001:2000 standard and to the operative synoptic manuals of the Piedmont Region for the accreditation of the structures of orientation and education. Such a model allows to monitor the performances of the services, to increase transparency in the university processes, as well as to provide a greater external visibility about the supplied services.
