The species of Decapod Crustaceans, present on both soft and hard substratum of the infralittoral bottom of the Ionian coast of Calabria (Italy), have been identified. Of the 25 species present in the examined zone, five (Processa elegantula, Scyllarus pygmaeus, Achaeus cranchii, Sirpus zariquieyi, Pilumnus villosissimus ) are reported for the first time in the Ionian sea.
