Abstract

We present a parallel implementation of numerical simulations for an age-dependent predator-prey system proposed by one of the authors. We perform a numerical investigation of a bifurcation, taking as the relevant parameter the ratio of the predators' feeding on the prey being turned into newborns versus how much of it reduces the predators' mortality function.
