The appearance of new risks compromising the quality of the working life - in particular psychosocial risks - draw the health and safety specialists attention about the necessity of an operative intervention on organizational and cultural factors. The present paper, with reference to a complex organization of the Public Administration, analyses the risks management measures adopted - for which moreover both national than international normative only supplies indications limited to enunciations of principles - and aims to individuate further guidelines to reduce those risks with reference to an occupational well-being strategy.
