The present work analyses the different ethical codes carried out by principal independent institutions and the evolution of the social management system of the main multinational organizations, with particular reference to suppliers in the developing countries. We have made a comparative survey of the reports on the assets and needs of factory workers for the Nike suppliers in the South East of Asia. The results of the assessments have evidenced serious violations of the codes that have originated a remediation plan.
