The pattern of Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction was studied in a large collection of individuals by making use as stimulators of HL-A (LD) homozygous lymphocytes. By pairwise comparison between stimulators, six clusters were identified, and their gene frequencies and haplotype association were determined in 287 families.

Abstract
