A polymerization system for embedding soft tissue in polar glycol-methacrylate resin (Technovit 7100, Kulzer) was used by us to obtain semi-thin sections of fleshy fruit pulp, briefly fixed in formaldehyde. This method gives better results than the classical protocol of embedding in paraffin.

Abstract
