Effective chromium-oxide catalysts were proposed for propane ODH in presence of CO2 and mixture of oxidants - CO2 and O2. The methods of impregnation from solvated chromium atom by metal vapor synthesis (MVS), wet impregnation from water solution of chromium nitrate (WI) and hydrothermal incorporation in silica matrix were used for the catalyst preparation. The chromium-oxide catalysts prepared by MVS and WI were characterized by high initial activity and propylene yield, which were slowly decreased during the process of propane ODH in presence of CO2. The presence of O2 in the initial reaction mixture resulted in more stable work of these catalysts. In such conditions, the conversion of propane, selectivity to sum olefins (at high propylene selectivity) were increased. Catalyst deactivation was associated with coke formation and was completely reversible. Proposed chromium-oxide catalysts, methods of their preparation and optimal reaction conditions can be used for the realization of propane ODH process in industry.

Abstract
Proposed chromium-oxide catalysts, methods of their preparation and optimal reaction conditions can be used for the realization of propane ODH process in industry.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
