We present a project between the Psychology-Department of the University and the Educational Services of Turin in order to evaluate the psychosocial risks and to promote a culture of wellbeing beyond participative action-research and training with executives and operatives of the public educational services: “Method of Self-Cases”: training-groups working on the re-planning-process of problematic cases at the work-place. “Educational Succession”: collecting, creating and exchanging of textual material to sustain the continuity of an educational culture between worker-generations.“Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk”: collecting of quantitative data about the perception of psychosocial risks in the specific organizational context. The data-analysis will return us a representation of the organizational culture, the praxis, the perception and the expectations about organizational wellbeing. Under the action-research-paradigm, participation in the project itself will activate promotion and thinking about organizational wellbeing, but it is essential that continuation of good praxis and promotion of changing- strategies will be guaranteed.

Abstract
