This presentation aims to analyse the diagnostic process in corrective maintenance of signalling devices in Paris Subway. Through an ergonomic analysis of maintenance activities and functional interactions complexity, this study is aimed at highlighting, in specific situations; the potential shortcomings and the resources to be develop, in order to suggest a way, to improve system performance and to provide a more effective risk management.
