Temperature measured by means of three sonic anemometers was compared against the reference value as derived from psychrometric measurements both in a temperature/humidity controlled chamber and outdoors. Measurements were carried out in the temperature range from -20 °C to 50 °C. A good agreement is found in the intermediate temperature range, indicating that corrections are needed to obtain accurate measurements at both range ends.

Abstract
Temperature measured by means of three sonic anemometers was compared against the reference value as derived from psychrometric measurements both in a temperature/humidity controlled chamber and outdoors. Measurements were carried out in the temperature range from -20 °C to 50 °C. A good agreement is found in the intermediate temperature range, indicating that corrections are needed to obtain accurate measurements at both range ends.File in questo prodotto:
