The aim of this experimentation is to provide technicians and trainers with a concrete and effective tool (based on a system of data conversion which makes use of a simple excel spreadsheet) for the collection and analysis of the data registered during the training, with the aim of creating a sort of objective and standardized assessment useful to plan the training correctly.
