A method of analysis by means of Raman spectroscopy comprises the steps for preparing a cell for analysis, which includes a container for Raman spectroscopy in which is inserted a sample holder, applying to the sample holder an incident radiation beam, and subjecting the sample holder to the action of a magnetic field from outside the container, so as to make the sample holder move independently with respect to the container and to the incident radiation beam.
