The theme of teachers working and learning in collaboration is particularly studied in the recent years. In this paper I show an example of teachers’ activity in a professional development programme (PLS), when engaged in the design of items for students, focused on geometry and developed with GeoGebra. The aim is to show the development of teachers in terms of learning in collaboration, according to the frame of meta-didactical transposition.
