Following the approach to bootstrap goodness of fit tests of Scagni (1999, 2000) a more detailed evaluation of the power of such tests is carried on. The Uniform and standard Normal distributions are considered as the null hypothesis; the first is compared against the Beta distribution, while the second is compared with the Generalized Gamma distribution. For stratified sampling, different methods of stratification are considered.

Abstract
Following the approach to bootstrap goodness of fit tests of Scagni (1999, 2000) a more detailed evaluation of the power of such tests is carried on.
