The anthocyanin, hydroxycinnamate (HCTs) and flavonol profiles of 17 minor Vitis vinifera genotypes were studied in 2006. A wide diversity of phenolic profiles was found among varieties. HCTs and flavonols were used to discriminate white and colored berry cultivars. The possibility of using HCTs and flavonols to classify grape varieties is appealing, above all in white berry varieties.

Abstract
The anthocyanin, hydroxycinnamate (HCTs) and flavonol profiles of 17 minor Vitis vinifera genotypes were studied in 2006. A wide diversity of phenolic profiles was found among varieties. HCTs and flavonols were used to discriminate white and colored berry cultivars. The possibility of using HCTs and flavonols to classify grape varieties is appealing, above all in white berry varieties.File in questo prodotto:
