Kerblam! is a command line program written in Rust that manages workflow pipelines written in Make or shell scripts for the user. Kerblam! leverages common tools such as Make, Docker, and Podman to make analyses more easily reproducible, insulating the user from direct usage of these tools. The ability to run shell scripts allows more advanced users to tap into more canonical WMSs, such as CWL runners, if they so desire. The Rust programming language allows for easy compilation with Cargo, and the executable and portable nature of Kerblam! simplifies its distribution and widespread adoption. Documentation for Kerblam! is extensive and available online at https://kerblam.dev/. Kerblam! is free and open source software licensed under the permissive MIT license. Abstract
Kerblam! is a command line program written in Rust that manages workflow pipelines written in Make or shell scripts for the user. Kerblam! leverages common tools such as Make, Docker, and Podman to make analyses more easily reproducible, insulating the user from direct usage of these tools.
